The Present Tree offers a variety of delivery options, so your gift will be freshly delivered as close to your special occasion as possible. You can place an order anytime and leave us a note with your preferred delivery date during checkout. This means even if you place an order months ahead it will be freshly wrapped on the day it is due to be sent on its way.

Delivery during COVID-19
Right now, due to COVID 19, we cannot guarantee your parcel will arrive on your preferred date, but we will always do our best to make it happen. We use the most reliable delivery services with Royal Mail. However, Royal Mail are experiencing a high volume of parcels this year, so there's a small possibility of delays.
We freshly deliver anywhere and everywhere in UK, including Northern Ireland and all the Highlands and Islands.
During checkout you will have the opportunity to select one of the following:
FREE DELIVERY: £0 Estimated delivery in 3-4 working days. Royal Mail tracked & no signature required. If no one is at home, the courier will leave your parcel somewhere safe if at all possible.
PREMIUM DELIVERY: £6 Estimated delivery in 2 working days. Royal Mail tracked & no signature required. If no one is at home, the courier will leave your parcel somewhere safe if at all possible.
PRE-ORDER: £0 Due to high demand, occasionally some gifts are only available to pre-order. Its estimated delivery date is available at checkout, we will send your gift on its way as soon as possible, there's a chance it will be earlier than your estimated date.
FUTURE DELIVERY: £0 Estimated delivery on your preferred date. Royal Mail tracked & no signature required. Please write your preferred delivery date when prompted during checkout. If you wish to edit it please click here
PRECISE FUTURE DELIVERY, EXPRESS DELIVERY and GUARANTEED SATURDAY DELIVERY are temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19
IRELAND: £10 Estimated delivery in 3 working days. FedEx tracked and signature required.
*MAINLAND EUROPE & REST OF WORLD: Not available. Due to custom delays and import restrictions we cannot deliver everywhere in the world yet, but we’re working on it!
Tracking is available on all orders. You will receive updates by email or SMS (if selected) Please contact us if you require any further help with tracking your parcel's delivery.
If, for any reason, you are not completely delighted with your gift The Present Tree offers a no quibble returns policy. If the item is returned to us within 2 weeks of its delivery, we will refund the full amount you paid or offer an exchange of the same value, whichever you prefer. Please note we cannot refund personalised or engraved items.
Our tree gifts will naturally flourish and grow for years (even generations!) to come. We are always happy to help resolve an issue and offer care advice anytime in the future. So if there are any questions or concerns in the weeks, months, even years ahead, please contact us by email or telephone.
To return your tree gift, please post your parcel to the address below. We recommend that you retain your receipt from the couriers. The Present Tree does not offer free returns as standard. We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned parcel and issue a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer, straightaway.

How Green is our Delivery Service?
We aim to keep our delivery carbon footprint as low as possible. We use Royal Mail and FedEx as they are the greenest couriers who continue to put environmental issues at the top of their business agenda, have a clear environmental policy and targets for reducing CO2 emissions.
