Small Print? ... there is no small print.
When you confirm your order with us, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions; We (that means us at The Present Tree) promise to fulfil your order to the highest possible standard. We also promise that the price you see is the price you pay. It includes everything; VAT, gift-wrap, card and tracked UK delivery.
Every tree is different and individual, it’s alive! We describe each variety of tree as clearly as possible, although they are naturally unique and will change with the seasons. We want every gift to bring delight and exceed your expectations so the description of our trees is always as accurate as possible.
PRIVACY POLICY
We use the best, highly secure online payment system. We will never, ever pass your personal information to anyone else other than the secure service providers required to fulfil your order and maintain our quality service to you. Read our Privacy Policy here.
DELIVERY POLICY
The Present Tree's gifts are always beautifully and securely wrapped. We only use reliable and swift couriers; usually Royal Mail depending on the delivery service required. Please see our Delivery Policy here.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you have any questions or comments we would love to hear from you. If, for any reason, you are not completely delighted with your gift The Present Tree offers a no quibble returns policy within two weeks of your gift's delivery. Please see our Returns Policy here.
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. Your order may be changed or cancelled until we dispatch your gift.
PROMOTION
This promotion is available for a limited time during November 2025 and applies to retail customers shopping at The Present Tree. Customers will receive 10% off their first order, 20% off their second and 30% off their third placed within the offer period. After each qualifying purchase, you will receive an email containing the next discount code, which can be applied manually at checkout. Each code may be used once, cannot be combined with any other offer and has no cash value. The promotion applies to all our products and includes free UK delivery and gift wrap. It will not apply to corporate or wholesale orders.
Each order must be placed separately. Refunds or cancellations may affect eligibility for the subsequent discounts. Discount codes expire at 11:59 pm on 22nd December 2025 unless otherwise stated. If an item purchased with a discount is returned, the refund will reflect the full discounted amount paid.
