Delivery & Returns

 

We deliver everywhere in UK, including Northern Ireland and all Highlands & Islands. 

FREE: Estimated service so your parcel may arrive 1-2 days before or after your nominated date. If no one is at home your parcel will be left somewhere safe, including at a neighbour's house. The online tracking will update your parcel's status when it has been delivered. 

STANDARD (£4): Over 90% of parcels arrive on your nominated date. If no one is at home your parcel will be left somewhere safe, including at a neighbour's house. The online tracking will update your parcel's status when it has been delivered. 

PREMIUM (from £8): Guaranteed to arrive on your nominated day (Tuesday to Saturday only). Please note this service will require a signature. Price depends on your parcel's size and weight. The online tracking will update your parcel's status when it has been delivered. 

    IRELAND, Mainland EU & REST OF WORLD are currently not available. Due to custom delays and import restrictions we cannot deliver everywhere in the world yet, but we’re working on it!

    HOW GREEN IS OUR DELIVERY SERVICE?

    We aim to keep our delivery carbon footprint as low as possible. We use Royal Mail as they are the greenest courier who continue to put environmental issues at the top of their business agenda, have a clear environmental policy and targets for reducing CO2 emissions.     RETURNS POLICY

    If, for any reason, you are not completely delighted with your gift The Present Tree offers a no quibble returns policy. If the item is returned to us within 2 weeks of its delivery, we will refund the full amount you paid or offer an exchange of the same value, whichever you prefer. Please note we cannot refund personalised or engraved items. 

    Our tree gifts will naturally flourish and grow for years (even generations!) to come. We are always happy to help resolve an issue and offer care advice anytime in the future. So if there are any questions or concerns in the weeks, months, even years ahead, please contact us here. 

    To return your tree gift, please post your parcel to the address below. We recommend that you retain your receipt from the couriers. The Present Tree does not offer free returns as standard. We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned parcel and issue a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer, straightaway.
