This tree is a hybrid of lemon and pomelo, prized for its sweet zesty flavour. It has lush leaves all year and delicate, white flowers which blossom with a beautiful fragrance. The fruit ripens during sunny summer months, slowly changing from green to deep yellow. This fruit may be eaten straight from the tree or used in culinary recipes. This Lemon tree will thrive in temperatures between 12-20C and can be placed outside in warm summer months. In winter it is ideally placed on a bright windowsill, well away from radiators. This Lemon tree will happily grow in a plant pot for its lifetime.

Tree Care
Please remove all the wrapping and place your tree in a bright spot indoors. It may grow in its organic pot for several weeks until you are ready to plant it.
Your Lemon tree will appreciate being lightly watered only when the soil is dry. It is important not to over water and never stand it in a saucer of water, as the tender roots may suffocate if they are constantly wet.
This tree's compost has been enriched with organic nutrients so your tree will thrive in its new home. In the next year or so it will be time to add more nourishment.
Plant your tree in a pot 20-30cm wide, with clear holes for drainage and top up with an organic compost.
This Lemon enjoys being snipped into shape and may reach 1m high in 10 years, if allowed to grow naturally.
