The Present Tree reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or refuse the use of discount codes if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

GIFT CARDS

If you received a gift card you can redeem the amount by adding your code in the ‘Discount code or gift card’ box on your checkout page.

If you forgot to enter your code please contact us with your order number, as well as the details of your offer or gift card number. Our Customer Happiness Team will be so happy to help.

Any remaining balance will remain on your card, ready for use on a future order. The Present Tree's gift cards never expire.
