Plant Care
Please remove all the wrapping and place your Fern in a warm, bright spot indoors. It may continue growing in its organic pot for several weeks until you are ready to plant it in its new pot.
This Fern will appreciate being watered when the top soil is almost dry. Fresh rain water has the perfect pH for your Fern as it is more acidic than tap water. It is important not to over water as the roots may suffocate if constantly wet.
This Fern’s compost has been enriched with organic nutrients to ensure it will thrive in its new home. In a few months it will be time to add more nourishment to the soil, especially when it is growing in spring and summer.
Plant your Fern in a pot 18-20cm wide and with clear holes for drainage, then top up with an organic general compost. Every two years plant your Fern into a larger pot to allow its roots to grow.
