The Present Tree is looking for a candidate with experience in finance and office administration to join its lively team at an exciting time of growth in 2021.

We're looking for someone who has...

  • Strong IT and typing skills 

  • Knowledge of commonly-used office packages, including an advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel

  • Bookkeeping knowledge, including crediting and debiting accounts and reconciling accounts 

  • Experience with Xero Accounting Software is preferable

  • A high level of attention to detail, commitment and responsibility 

  •  The ability to adapt and use your initiative 

  • A desire to work in an ethical, organic company

The position would include the following responsibilities:

  • Managing and reconciling company accounts

  • Manage online and paper filing systems

  • Bookkeeping duties

  • Review and process payroll and expense claims

  • Providing other general support to the team when required

Working Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 35 hrs/week
