Thinking outside the jar…

Branch out, take yourself back to sunnier climes, and reminisce about summers spent around olive groves with our delightful olive tree.
3 ways to make the most of your home-grown olives:
Make an olive tapenade by combining your cured olives, capers, fresh parsley, lemon juice, fresh garlic and oregano. Blend until thick, adding a little olive oil to create a puree, if necessary.
Spruce-up that cocktail glass!
Jazzing up your martini glass needn’t be difficult and guests will be super impressed with your very own olives. Select a few of your freshly cured olives and add them to your glass for a sophisticated and impressive touch.
Mad about mayo? Give it a twist by chopping your cured olives, adding them to your favourite mayonnaise and then season and add a splash of lemon juice. Mix well and enjoy as a dip, spread or an accompaniment to your summer salad — it’s really that simple!
